Members in Default
Members who have not paid their fees for the 2020 season and have not formally resigned or sought a
medical exemption are now in default in terms of the clubs constitution. Members in default who have
not paid by 30th June 2020 and have not had a medical exemption approved by the committee will be
removed from membership and lose any continuity of membership they may have accumulated.
SEASON FEES 2020
The AGM on 25th February 2020 agreed the fee levels for 2020 as follows:
- Full Adult £260.00
- Senior £145.00
- 40 Yr + £110.00
- Associate Member £60.00 (Non playing)
The above includes SGU fees payable for playing members. Details of how to pay fees are in the
members section.
There is currently no joining fee payable by new members this season and applications to join the club
are available for download.
Despite what is on Facebook, there will be no pro-rating of fees in 2020 to ensure
members that have paid subs pre Covid-19 lock down are not prejudiced compared to members who decide to
delay payment of their subscription.
Fees should be paid into the club bank account (see members section of the
this website). Due to social distancing restrictions ALL payments of fees must be made directly into
the clubs account. Please email secretary@irgc.co.uk
to confirm that you have made payment. An acknowledgement can then be sent by email when the funds
appear in the club account. Please allow 3 business days for processing.
Members are reminded that anyone who has not paid their fees for season 2020
(including those who have had refunds) will not be entitled to attend or vote at any EGM or take part
in any competition/sweep whilst they are still in default.
